Former offices on Norfolk Street in King’s Lynn could be transformed into flats if plans approved

A town centre vape shop could have three flats on top of it if plans are approved.

Idriz Noka has applied to West Norfolk Council to convert the first floor of Snoop Vapes on Norfolk Street in Lynn into housing.

It would mean that three one-bed flats would sit on top of the premises in unused office space.

Potential future tenants would gain access to their properties through the back entrance rather than onto Norfolk Street itself.

Each flat would have its own joint living room and kitchen, as well as a bathroom and bedroom.

Developers say that minimal work is needed to complete the conversion, with plans to change a current spiral staircase into a winder one.

The development is part of the same address as the former Pizza Slice Guy restaurant, which has been sat un-used for years.

A consultation about this case is set to take place on Friday, January 23.
