Winter panto fun as Watlington Players present Alice in Wonderland
Get ready to tumble down the rabbit hole as award-winning Watlington Players present Alice in Wonderland, a lively pantomime by Tom Whalley.
This fun-filled pantomime takes to the stage Thursday, January 8 to Saturday, January 10 where audiences can follow Alice on her journey through the wonderfully strange world of Wonderland.
Along the way she encounters a host of much-loved characters, including the mischievous Cheshire Cat, the tea-loving Mad Hatter, the hurried White Rabbit, and the fearsome Queen of Hearts, alongside many other curious and comical creations.

Directed by Kevin Bush, choreographed by Amy Lockwood and musically directed by Carrie Ingram-Gettins, a spokesperson for the player said the panto is “packed with laughter, music, colourful costumes, and classic pantomime audience interaction”.
“Alice in Wonderland promises entertainment for the whole family. With humour for all ages and plenty of opportunities to cheer, boo, and join in the fun, this production is set to be a highlight of Watlington’s winter calendar,” the spokesperson added.
Tickets cost £10 and can be purchased online at www.ticketsource.co.uk/watlingtonplayers

As an added bonus, ticket holders can also enjoy 15% off a meal at Jack’s at Woodlakes at nearby Stowbridge when they show a valid theatre ticket.
Performances will be at the village hall at 7.30pm with an extra 2.30pm matinee performance on Saturday, January 10.
