CCTV catches moment ‘ghost’ pushed pint from table at The Lattice House in King’s Lynn
The spooky moment a pint of beer fell from a table with no one in sight has been captured on CCTV.
Staff at The Lattice House in Lynn have been left wondering about what happened at the pub on Saturday evening, when they believe “paranormal activity” occurred.
A 27-second clip caught the moment a full glass slowly moved towards the edge of a table and then fell off.
Landlord Perry Sturge said he was out the back at the time and had one of his staff members at the front bar when they heard an “almighty bang” at the table, which had just been vacated by a punter.
Mr Sturge said: “We did not have a clue what happened. It was only afterwards that I sat down at the side of the bar and a customer came up to me and said ‘that was not normal’, which urged me to look at the CCTV.”
The landlord has previously been told of numerous occasions where people have experienced “pints flying off the tables” and people ending up with “dinners on their laps”. However, he had not caught any previous experiences on camera until now.
“This is the first time that I have actually seen anything,” he addd.
“It was just bizarre, so I thought I would upload the video on social media and see people’s opinions and with the building having history, it kind of highlighted the fact that it could possibly be paranormal.”
The Lattice House is a historic Grade II-listed timber-framed, two-storey building, built around 1480.

The Lynn-based Into The Shadows Paranormal Investigations group has since visited the pub to create a re-enactment of the incident.
They place a full pint at the same spot on the same table, and a video showed it did not budge.
