Hollyoaks cast coming to King’s Lynn to raise funds in charity football match

Celebrities from a popular TV soap are set to come to Lynn in a bid to raise money for a good cause.

A charity football match is happening at The Walks in Lynn, which will see members of the Hollyoaks cast, as well as other actors, MMA fighters and reality TV stars take to the pitch.

Kick-off is at 3pm on Sunday, May 17, and celebs will be staying in Norfolk the night before. It will be the first time many have visited the county.

Proceeds raised from ticket sales will go towards two charities, Jesse’s Anchor Children’s Charity and Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.

Heidi Billing, event organiser, said: “They will be staying the night before the match and have shared how much they are looking forward to visiting Norfolk, meeting supporters, and being part of the local community for the weekend.

“This promises to be a fantastic, family-friendly day out and a great opportunity to support two brilliant charities while welcoming the Hollyoaks cast to Norfolk for the very first time.”

The Hollyoaks cast will be playing against representatives from both charities.

Food, music and raffles will be part of the day, and fans do have a chance to meet some of the stars.

Tickets are priced at £10 per adult and £5 per child and can be purchased online.
