Upper floors of 26 High Street in King’s Lynn to be auctioned

The vacant upper floors of a high street building are to be auctioned next month with a guide price of £40,000-plus.

The first and second floors at 26 High Street in Lynn have been listed by Clive Emson Auctioneers.

Paul Bridgeman, regional director and auctioneer, said: “The vacant upper parts of this established High Street building were formerly office/ancillary space, with five rooms, but may offer potential for alternative use, subject to all necessary consents being obtainable.

“Whilst the High Street is pedestrianised, the building can be accessed from the rear via Sedgeford Lane, leading to Sedgeford Lane, which gives pedestrian access to the side of the building. A new 999-year lease will be granted on completion.”

The online auction concludes on Wednesday, February 11, with bidding live from 48 hours beforehand on February 9.
