King’s Lynn Creme Egg thief Korben Mortimer admits drug-dealing charges
A Creme Egg thief who hid from officers during his arrest has also admitted dealing drugs.
Korben Mortimer, 23, of Dawbar Close in Gaywood, appeared at Norwich Magistrates’ Court yesterday, admitting to being concerned in the supply of cocaine and cannabis.
Mortimer, who is currently on remand at HMP Norwich, stole chocolate and alcohol, worth around £400 – including £70 worth of Creme Eggs.

He was apprehended by the police while hiding in a bush at the Wardles Chase Allotments on January 21, and has since been charged with drug offences dating back to April and May 2024.
Mortimer was also charged with breaching bail conditions, but the Crown Prosecution Service has since dropped this.
He is due to be sentenced on March 2 at Norwich Crown Court.
