Temporary traffic lights to be in place on Edward Benefer Way in King’s Lynn while repairs are made to footpath
Footpath maintenance is set to go ahead along a key road, with temporary traffic lights put in place.
Delays are expected on Edward Benefer Way, near the St James Medical Practice in South Wootton, for three weeks starting Monday, January 5, while the pavement is resurfaced.
There will be a single-lane closure with two-way traffic signals operating to allow drivers to pass through, with the bus stops temporarily relocated to the southern footpath for the duration of the scheme.

Norfolk County Council’s Highways team says that pedestrians and cyclists will be safely managed through the site.
The authority thanked people for their patience while the works, which are expected to cost £65,000, are ongoing.
