Annual festive bingo night raises £350 for True’s Yard Museum in King’s Lynn
Dabbers were down and the festive spirit was up as a bingo night raised hundreds for a town’s museum.
The friends of True’s Yard in Lynn hosted its annual Christmas bingo event last month, with dozens flooding in to win prizes.
Around £350 was raised for the museum, which will go towards purchasing items that it otherwise would not have been able to afford.

It brought the team’s fundraising total to more than £4,000 for the year.
True’s Yard volunteer and treasurer of the friends, Mandy Pope, said: “We’re grateful to the friends for their amazing support.
“This year we have contributed over £4000 to various projects, including the updating of True’s Yard Tearoom, which should hopefully generate more visitors and increase interest in our unique community museum and heritage site.”
