Man arrested after camper van set alight with someone inside in King’s Lynn
A man has been arrested after a shock incident in which a camper van was reportedly set alight with somebody inside.
Police were called to an address around Saddlebow Road and Bunnett Avenue in South Lynn at 7pm last night, following reports that a man was behaving aggressively and attempting to damage a vehicle.
Officers attended and the man, in his 30s, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a weapon, arson and criminal damage.

A source told the Lynn News that a camper van had been set on fire, with somebody believed to have been inside at the time – although no injuries have been reported.
Firefighters are not believed to have attended as the flames were already under control.
The man arrested was taken to the Lynn Police Investigation Centre for questioning, where he remains.
