Man arrested after King’s Lynn assault left victim injured

The police are appealing for witnesses after an assault in Lynn earlier this month.

It happened on the footpath between Gaywood Road and Lynnsport at 5.30pm on Wednesday, January 7 – closest to the Gaywood Road end.

One person has been arrested in connection with the incident and released on bail while enquiries continue. The victim sustained minor injuries.

“We are specifically looking for anyone who may have walked down the path at the time or may have seen something from the adjacent carpark,” a West Norfolk Police spokesperson said.
