New court date for King’s Lynn man Jack Smith accused of setting campervan on fire with someone inside
A man accused of setting a campervan alight with someone inside has had his court case pushed back.
Jack Smith, of Hillen Road in South Lynn, is alleged to have endangered life during the shocking incident December 9.
It took place around Saddlebow Road and Bunnett Avenu area, with nobody injured.

Smith, 36, was denied bail and was set to appear at Norwich Crown Court yesterday.
However, the courts have confirmed that the hearing will now take place on January 31.
Smith has yet to enter a plea to a charge of arson with intent to endanger life, while police were investigating additional offences of possessing a weapon and criminal damage.
