A new healthy takeaway venue has opened in Lynn, offering high-protein and nutritious meals on the go.

I&M Fresh, located on the North Lynn industrial estate, opened its doors yesterday, spearheaded by Ivelin Georgiev and his partner Mimi Georgieva, who built the concept together from the ground up, driven by their shared passion for health and wellbeing.

Their vision is to provide “clean, nutritious, high-quality meals that support both physical and mental performance”.

However, I&M Fresh is not only for gym-goers or fitness enthusiasts. Ivelin says it is for everyone, including “police officers, office workers, firefighters, healthcare staff, tradespeople, students, and busy families”.

“We recognised that many people working long shifts or demanding office jobs often have very limited healthy food options nearby,” Ivelin told the Lynn News.

“The honest truth is that most quick food options available are heavy and greasy. When someone is hungry during a busy workday, especially in an office or high-pressure role, they often have no real choice but to eat something that can leave them feeling tired, sluggish, and mentally unfocused.

“We strongly believe that what we eat directly affects how we think, feel, and perform. In many ways, we are what we eat.”

The pair’s goal is to make everyday life easier by offering “tasty, satisfying, and nutritious meals” that fuel both the body and the mind – without sacrificing flavour or convenience.

Ivelin and Mimi want to help people avoid brain fog and post-meal exhaustion, stay sharp at work, feel energised throughout the day, and build healthier long-term habits.

I&M Fresh offers freshly prepared healthy meals, high-protein dishes, meal prep options, nutritious sandwiches and bowls, protein shakes and smoothies, and supplements to support fitness and wellbeing.

There is also an online ordering service to make access simple and convenient.

Ivelin and Mimi said they hope that I&M Fresh brings something positive to Lynn.

“We hope to promote better nutrition choices, support active lifestyles, and become a welcoming place that inspires healthier living within the community,” Ivelin added.

I&M Fresh is open Monday-Friday from 7.30am-2.30pm and Sunday between 10am and 6pm. It is closed on Saturdays.
