One-year-old Isla remains in hospital but ‘doing well’ following seizure at King’s Lynn bus station

The family of a one-year-old girl who suffered a seizure in town have thanked everyone who helped.

Multiple ambulance crews and police officers were called to Lynn’s bus station at around 1.15pm yesterday following reports of a medical emergency.

An eyewitness initally thought that a young boy was choking. However, the family has now confirmed this was not the case.

Isla, a 22-month old girl whose family chose not to give her surname, was rushed to the QEH for treatment, where she remains.

Chloe Daubney-Hemblings, the child’s auntie, told the Lynn News that Isla is “doing well” and has shown her gratitude to all those who helped, including paramedics, police and a lady who handed over her socks to stop her feet from getting cold.
