Open weekend marks launch of Valentine Park new homes development in King’s Lynn

A new homes development is being launched this weekend with a £5,000 buyer incentive and on-site financial advice.

Lovell Homes is launching its latest Lynn development, Valentine Park, on Saturday, December 13 and Sunday, December 14 with first viewings at the open weekend.

Located off Aconite Road, and accessed via Marsh Lane, Valentine Park comprises a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, designed to meet strong local demand for high-quality housing.

The development, next to Lynnsport, has already drawn early interest, with buyers responding to its proximity to schools, green space and commuter routes, a Lovell Homes spokesperson said.

Simon Medler, Lovell Homes regional managing director, described the launch as “a milestone moment” for the partnership with West Norfolk Council.

“Valentine Park has been a much-anticipated development and symbolises everything that our partnership is built upon: homes that are well built, well located and rooted in the needs of the community.”

Cllr Alistair Beales, borough council leader, said: “It has been a pleasure to see this development coming out of the ground to create more of the quality homes we need in West Norfolk. I hope that show home visitors will agree and consider making Valentine Park their home.”

To mark the launch weekend, Lovell Homes will have an independent financial advisor on site both days, specialising in new-build purchases, to provide free financial and mortgage advice.

In addition, the company said any buyer who pays their reservation deposit on Saturday, Sunday or Monday will receive £5,000 to spend on Inspirations, Lovell’s bespoke interior design and finishing service.

The development includes both open market sale and affordable homes, with selected plots available for early reservation.

There are a range of house types featuring integrated kitchens, en-suite master bedrooms, dedicated parking and fibre-ready connectivity. Selected homes also feature French doors opening onto lawned rear gardens.

Lovell’s specification includes high-performance glazing, energy-efficient heating systems and low-maintenance exteriors, designed to reduce running costs and support long-term sustainability.

Buyers can also benefit from Lovell’s customer incentives, including assisted move schemes and tailored mortgage support on selected plots, the spokesperson said.

The site will complete a ten-year major housing partnership with the borough council – delivering hundreds of new homes.

A digital brochure is available via Lovell’s website with details on layouts, specification and pricing. Prospective buyers are encouraged to register interest ahead of the launch weekend to secure priority access. See https://newhomes.lovell.co.uk/
