Father Christmas spreads joy at King’s Lynn Tesco supermarket

Youngsters visiting a town supermarket with their families have the opportunity to meet Father Christmas ahead of the big day.

The big man himself has been paying visits to Tesco on Lynn’s Hardwick Retail Park, and has been spotted completing some unusual tasks before he prepares to deliver presents on Christmas Eve.

Plenty of children have already enjoyed encounters with Santa while he has been on hand at the checkouts and other places in the store.

Chris Dewing, a member of staff at the store, has donned a white beard and red hat to spread some joy, while receiving help from his elf, Lisa Crane.

Lisa, a community champion for the town supermarket, said that Father Christmas will make a return to Tesco on the last weekend before Christmas (December 20 and 21).
